"Thessaliko Tsipouro", well-known in the wider area of Thessalia, is produced in the premises of the "New Achialos' Co-operative", one of the country's oldest co-operatives, originated in 1918 and working since then.
"Thessaliko Tsipouro" is a result of a multiple distillation process of grape extracts that are collected from exceptional grape varieties of the land of Thessalia. The whole process of distillation and bottling is taking place exclusively in the modern premises of the "New Achialos' Co-operative" in Volos, using the best ingredients but also traditional recipes, that were transmitted from generation to generation. It's special characteristics are the intense taste and its rich aroma.
